    User Agreement

    On the provision of paid, as well as by viewing advertisements, access to a wireless Wi-Fi network for individuals

    Operator - limited liability company "ASIA WIRELESS GROUP" (TIN 304892827), operating under the trademark "SOLA", hereinafter referred to as the "Operator", operating in accordance with License No. AA No. 0006519 dated 18.06.2018, issued by the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

    User - any adult legally capable individual recognized as such in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, acting in their own interests, without entrepreneurial purposes, using terminal equipment (phone, tablet, etc.) with support for wireless Internet access technology Wi-Fi (hereinafter referred to as the "Device") and who has accepted this agreement in full without any exceptions for use.

    Service - wireless Internet access service using Wi-Fi technology by viewing advertisements, provided by the Operator to the User.

    Subject of the Agreement – The Operator provides Users within the coverage area of ​​the Operator's Wi-Fi network with wireless Internet access and informs them of its activities, services provided, goods sold, and the User fully accepts the terms of this Agreement.

    Terms of Service:

    1. To accept the terms of this Agreement, the User must perform the following sequential actions:

    • connect to the Operator's Wi-Fi network in accordance with the instructions for the Device used by him;
    • go through the identification procedure by indicating the mobile number of the Device used by him;
    • receive an identification SMS password to his mobile number. The User is authorized by registering a mobile phone number to which a paid SMS message with the Access Code will be sent. The cost of an SMS message is set by the agreement concluded between the Operator and the mobile operator, and is debited from the User's personal mobile account by the mobile operator. The cost of one incoming SMS message from local mobile operators is 84 soums 20 tiyn.
    • enter the received SMS password in the appropriate field.

    2. When using the Service, the User cannot access Internet resources whose network address is included in the Unified Register of Domain Names, Internet Site Page Pointers and network addresses that allow identifying Internet sites containing information, the distribution of which in the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as "RUz") is prohibited, as well as access to which is restricted on the basis of a court decision or on other grounds established by the legislation of the RUz.

    3. The User, when receiving the service, undertakes to:

    • not publish or distribute on the Internet information that is contrary to the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, international legislation;
    • not use the Internet to insult human dignity, promote violence, incite racial or national hatred, for hooligan or fraudulent purposes, to gain unauthorized access to Internet resources or other networks;
    • comply with the rules for using Internet resources established by the owners of the resources;
    • not use software that knowingly contains viruses or other harmful software components, including those that allow you to obtain other people's passwords, or cause other harm to Internet users;
    • comply with copyright and other intellectual property rights;
    • not distribute spam, do not carry out mass mailings that are not coordinated with the owners of the resources and recipients of the information, creating parasitic load;
    • not to falsify IP addresses when transmitting data to the Internet, not to use pseudonyms, falsified contact information about yourself or anonymous access to Internet resources, except in cases where such access is permitted by the owners of the resources;
    • to take all necessary measures to protect your user device, the logins, passwords, payment cards used;
    • The User expresses his full consent to the processing, use, storage of his personal data, including their transfer to third parties, as well as to receive any information about the activities of the Operator and its partners, the services provided, the goods sold.
