- Knowledge of mobility technologies in Wi-Fi;
- Broadband access, PtP and PtMP topologies;
- Experience in technical support, basic training of the Customer's personnel.
- Experience in developing specifications;
- Higher specialized education;
- Knowledge of technical English.
- Desirable:
- Knowledge of the Ruckus Wireless, Cambium Networks, Mimosa, Huawei and other equipment lines;
- Experience in implementing WLAN projects for office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, warehouses, factories;
- Experience in conducting radio surveys and project radio planning;
- Experience in AutoCAD

Responsibilities:
- Legalization and regulatory support of communication facilities.
- Coordination of work on concluding contracts for the development of design and estimate documentation for facilities, accounting with subsequent examination of the design and estimate documentation.
- Ensuring the legalization of communication facilities by obtaining the necessary permits from supervisory authorities.
- Collection and provision of the necessary documentation for the delivery of facilities to the Working and State Commissions, with subsequent registration of permits for permanent operation from the Central Electrotechnical and Metrological Service.
- Fulfills the instructions of the Group Manager related to work activities.
- Complies with established requirements, current norms and rules.
- Processes applications, explanatory notes, other documentation, and also prepares reports within the established timeframes.
- Responds to letters of application, letters of appeal, letters of instruction from government and other organizations in their area of responsibility.
